Meeting Elisabeth van der Wilt
As a reproductive support specialist working with women from fertility through menopause, Elisabeth brings a deeply personal understanding to her practice. Her biggest focus is on supporting women who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure where to start their fertility journey, especially those over 30. Elisabeth emphasizes nourishment through real food, herbs, and a whole-body approach that honors the complete woman.
"At the heart of my approach is a commitment to whole-body health that goes beyond just diet," Elisabeth explains. "It's about truly nourishing every part of you: mind, body, and soul."
Beyond Timing: The Truth About Fertility Support
One of the biggest misconceptions Elisabeth encounters is that fertility is all about timing and ovulation tracking. In reality, her approach focuses on creating a nourished and supported body that can thrive. Sometimes this goes beyond food to include sleep, nervous system support, and even addressing mental clutter.
"You're unable to out-track a body that doesn't feel supported and loved," she shares. "The answer isn't always in the data—it's about learning what your body truly needs."

Practical Tips for Fertility Nourishment
Elisabeth believes in simple, accessible practices that support reproductive health. Here are her top tips for nurturing your fertility naturally:
Embrace Warm, Nourishing Meals: Start by eating warm meals that you either cook yourself or have family prepare. Think oatmeal with butter and brown sugar, or broth-based soups. Cold and raw foods can be challenging for digestion, while warm meals help build blood and support a steady cycle.
Explore Supportive Herbs: Look into herbs that best support your body. If you're undiagnosed and living your daily life, red raspberry leaf, nettle, and ginger are excellent herbs to incorporate through yoni steaming or teas. These mineral-rich herbs support uterine health and overall vitality.
Practice Daily Womb Connection: Start each morning by placing your hands over your belly and taking three deep breaths while saying a positive, uplifting affirmation. This simple practice helps shift away from stress and creates a loving connection with your body.
Try This at Home: Morning Ritual Tea
Ready to begin nourishing your body from the inside out? Elisabeth recommends starting your day with a mineral-rich herbal tea:
-
Brew nettle and red raspberry leaf tea (both excellent for uterine support)
-
Add honey and lemon juice for flavor and additional benefits
-
While sipping, give yourself a moment alone to be present in the day
-
Focus on replenishing your energy, especially during menstruation
This simple practice combines physical nourishment with mindful presence, setting a supportive tone for your entire day.

A Personal Journey of Discovery
Elisabeth's passion for women's health began early—at just 11 years old when she got her first period, she became fascinated with learning about the female body. This curiosity took on deeper meaning when she developed a serious bleeding condition that lasted three years, with no doctor, OBGYN, or naturopath able to provide answers.
"It took time to learn what my body needed and why it was happening when others could never give an answer," she reflects. "The answer was all inside me all along."
This personal experience shapes her compassionate approach to working with clients who feel unheard or dismissed by traditional medical systems.
Transformation Beyond Conception
The transformation Elisabeth sees in her clients often extends far beyond having a child. "It's them finding that support, that loving care, realizing you are more than just the ability to have a baby," she explains. "Your body isn't immediately broken if you can't conceive, but you have to learn what it needs—and that's something most women enjoy discovering."
What might surprise people about Elisabeth's wellness journey? Despite her expertise, she experienced that challenging three-year bleeding period that stumped medical professionals. This experience taught her that sometimes the most profound healing comes from within, when we learn to truly listen to our bodies.
A Partnership in Wellness
Elisabeth's approach to fertility support is built on creating safe spaces for growth and deep connection to the wellness journey. "This is more than coaching to me; it's a partnership built on compassion and respect," she says. "I'm here to support you in creating a balanced lifestyle where healthy choices feel natural and aligned with your unique needs."
Her goal is to help women thrive in every season of life while building a relationship with their bodies rooted in positivity and self-love.
