  1. Set a timer for 3 minutes

  2. Stand up and close your eyes

  3. Start shaking—arms, legs, torso, like you're shaking off stress

  4. Let a sigh or sound out on the exhale

  5. Place your hands on your heart and ask: "What do I need right now?"

  6. Just listen to what arises

"Yoga started as a workout, then became my lifeline through heartbreak, stress, and big transitions," she reflects. "I finally gave myself permission to rest and reclaim joy.
